Oregon SC is looking for enthusiastic coaches to embrace our club philosophy and join
our coaching team for the 2025-2026 season. We’re currently seeking coaches for our
11U and 12U girls teams and high school-age boys teams.
Previous youth soccer coaching and playing experience is preferred, but not required for
the right candidate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Run two 90-minute training sessions per week and coach 1-2 games per week
during the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 seasons (11U and 12U girls) or during the
Spring 206 season (high school-age boys).
○ 11U and 12U girls – Aug. 4, 2025, through June 30, 2026
○ High school-age boys – Dec. 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026
● Travel required: Some teams will play in WYSA state leagues and others will play in
Madison Area Youth Soccer Association leagues. The 11U and 12U girls teams will
play in three tournaments in Fall 2025 and one in Spring 2026; the high school-age
boys teams will play in two tournaments in Spring 2026.
● Run a minimum of one training session per team per week during the offseason.

● Enthusiasm for soccer and helping youth develop as players and as people
● Willingness to embrace our club's playing philosophy and development model
● Always looking to improve themselves, our other coaches, our players and the club
● Desire to learn and develop as a coach
● USSF license or completion of relevant USSF Grassroots courses, or willingness to
take courses before the season starts (Oregon SC offers financial assistance to our
coaches for coach education courses.)
● Read, agree to, sign and follow the Oregon SC Coach Code of Conduct
● Complete WYSA Risk Management/SafeSport training
