Mission: It is the goal of Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association to provide leadership and support for the promotion of soccer, the development and recognition of players and coaches, and to encourage participation and good sportsmanship at all levels. Responsibilities: Besides education, the WSCA, and it's members, are responsible for supervising the team state rankings, awarding all-state player rankings, and organizing of the all-star games. Consultations with state officials, and coach advocacy with the WIAA.
